Construction is moving full steam ahead at Harbour Shores

Construction still remains ahead of schedule with stage 1 set for completion and residents to move in mid 2026.

Greyburn has achieved significant progress on The Waterline. Level 3 concrete slabs have been completed, with Level 4 slabs scheduled for completion by end of June. Essential services and the installation of glazing is well underway. The ground floor apartments are starting to come to life, with the first kitchen installation targeted for late June and all ground floor internal sheeting on track for completion by end of July.
Construction of the exclusive waterfront villas continues to advance. The installation of in-ground services is currently underway, with slab footing works scheduled to commence mid-June. Private plunge pool shells have been successfully installed, and residents can expect to see the first structural frames erected on The Residences by end of June.
Palm House has reached a significant construction milestone with the completion of sheet piling. De-watering and basement excavation works are progressing well, with the first basement slab pour targeted for mid-July. A third tower crane will be installed and operational by month’s end to support continued vertical construction.
