26th June 2024: Goldings civil officially break ground at Harbour Shores, with the formal ceremony hosted on site in August 2024 by Lewis Land CEO Brett Draffen; with remarks by Lewis Land’s owner-directors Marnie Lewis-Millar and Shay Lewis-Thorp, as well as City of Gold Coast Mayor, Tom Tate.

October 2025: All slab pours for the 18 waterfront villas are now complete with framework on the first 4 Residences due to be complete in November.

November 2025: Basement works for Palm House are now complete with the last podium pour scheduled for late November. This significant progress means vertical construction can now begin in the new.
