Sustainable Community on Way

The most sustainable masterplanned community in Gold Coast’s history.

The most sustainable masterplanned community in Gold Coast’s history, Harbour Shores, is transforming a waterfront pocket at Biggera Waters into a diverse and vibrant ‘village of villages’, according to Lewis Land chief executive Brett Draffen.

“Harbour Shores is a 16ha walkable community focused on an active, healthy lifestyle,” he said.

“We’re delivering diverse homes to suit different lifestyles – from one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in The Waterline and Palm House, to larger three- and four-bedroom villas in The Residences.”

“These homes will be complemented by expansive parklands and resort-style amenities, including a 25m lagoon-style pool, tennis courts, gym, yoga space and the clubhouse, which will be the heart of the community for dining and entertaining.”

Mr Draffen said builder, Greyburn, was making great progress on construction including at The Waterline where ground floor apartments were already under way with fit-outs.

“The furnished display apartment is expected to be ready in early November and will allow potential buyers to see first-hand the detail and high-quality finishes on offer,” he said.

“At Palm House, the first basement slab has been poured and a third crane went up in July.

“The Residences are also forging ahead with ground services complete on the villas, pool shells in place, and work on slabs and frames now under way.

“What’s exciting is sales momentum is matching the pace of construction.”
