Harbour Shores Construction Update — March 2026

The Waterline

The Waterline is nearing completion, with the building advancing inside and out. Rooftop palms are now in place, and trades are active on all levels completing final joinery, installing electrical fixtures, tiling, and painting. A limited number of 3 bedroom apartments remain available, with the first residents expected to move in later this year.

The Residences

The six luxury waterfront villas that make up The Residences are well into fit-out. All in-ground services are installed, internal sheeting is complete, and pool tiling is underway. Part of the exclusive Signature Collection, The Residences are a limited release of double-storey waterfront homes with private marina berths.

Palm House

Palm House is rising steadily, with the Level 2 concrete slab now poured. Facade works and interior fit-out will follow over the coming months. 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are currently available from $1,050,000.

Marina Berths & Amenity

Across the broader precinct, the marina and amenity works are now clearly visible from the waterfront. Construction of the private marina — set to offer 70 berths for residents — is well underway, alongside the waterfront boardwalk structure.
