Construction moves ahead with significant progress being made on Stage 1

Greyburn still remain on track for progress made on Stage 1 of Harbour Shores.

Harbour Shores has achieved significant construction progress this spring, with all three Stage 1 buildings advancing on schedule as the master-planned waterfront community takes shape.

The Waterline is reaching structural completion with the final level 6 slab pour scheduled for next week to achieve topping out. Internal fit-outs are now progressing on ground floor apartments, with the first prototype unit fully completed including all joinery, flooring, fixtures, and finishes – offering a tangible preview of these homes.

Below ground, the concrete shell for The Waterline’s private pool is complete and awaiting waterproofing and tiling works, while at roof level, Greyburn has commenced work on the structural framework for the rooftop terrace amenity.

Construction of The Residences – Harbour Shores’ exclusive waterfront villas – continues to advance, with all in-ground services installed and ground floor slabs poured across the first six villas. Framing is complete on both levels, and all private plunge pool shells are in position, offering an early glimpse of the resort-style living that will define these waterfront homes.

At Palm House, the development’s second residential tower, excavation is complete with all basement level slabs now poured, establishing the structural foundation for vertical construction to commence in coming months.

Site-wide infrastructure works have also reached a major milestone, with the relocation of overhead powerlines along Oxley Drive to underground services now complete – a move that enhances the precinct’s aesthetic and reinforces the quality of the master-planned community.

Landscaping works are now underway, with our landscaper now onsite we will begin to install the majority of our feature palm trees before Christmas. Harbour Shores will feature over 200,000 plants and shrubs across the precinct, including 450 hand selected palms, creating the lush, resort-style environment that will define Harbour Shores.

With construction progressing rapidly across Harbour Shores, there’s never been a better time to secure your home. Two and three-bedroom apartments now selling from $1,050,000.
