Significant milestones being achieved as Harbour Shores stays ahead of program
4th March 2025
Construction remains ahead of program with residents expected to move in before end of 2026.

Construction milestones continue to accelerate at Harbour Shores, with teams working at full steam to bring this master-planned community to life well ahead of program.
The stunning 1.2km waterfront boardwalk is starting to take shape, set to provide future residents with direct access to private marina berths. All waterside piers are now complete, with installation of the main boardwalk structure commencing in the coming months.
Remarkable vertical progress is underway at The Waterline apartments, with not one but two tower cranes now spanning the site. Greyburn are currently finalising the formwork and podium deck ahead of the final basement pour, marking an exciting transition from foundation work to above-ground construction.
Internal kerbs and guttering are almost complete, and soon site lines will be opening up into the project to allow for intersection works on Oxley Drive to commence.
The commitment to creating a lush, green, sustainable environment remains a priority, with over 200,000 plants planned across the project. An irrigation system featuring 42 individual tanks will work to capture and retain over 500,000 litres of water, ensuring the extensive landscaping remains beautiful year-round.
