Lewis Land celebrates first topping out of 10-year Gold Coast masterplan

The Waterline has reached full height, marking a significant milestone at Harbour Shores.

Lewis Land celebrates the first topping out of The Waterline, the first stage of its transformative 10-year Harbour Shores masterplanned community bringing more than 2,000 dwellings to the northern Gold Coast.

Lewis Land Head of Development Michael Long said reaching this critical milestone delivers confidence and assurance that the vision for Harbour Shores is fast becoming a reality.

“Topping out of The Waterline is an important achievement as the first building to reach structural completion in this 10-year project,” Mr Long said.

“At a time when housing supply for the Gold Coast remains critical, celebrating milestones like this are more important than ever. This achievement highlights the strong progress being made despite the challenging market conditions.” The Waterline is a five storey-apartment building and one of three residential collections being delivered in the first stage of the development.

The milestone was celebrated on-site with key projects partners – builder Greyburn, local architects BDA Architecture, landscape designers Urbis, planners Zone Town Planning, and sustainability consultant dsquared.

“The Waterline features 71 two and three-bedroom over-sized apartments and three double-storey Sky Homes occupying the upper levels,” Mr Long said.

Positioned on the waterfront boardwalk and overlooking the central one-hectare park known as The Green, the Waterline apartments capture water or park views, framed by floor to ceiling windows and contemporary light-filled coastal interiors, accented by natural textures of timber and stone. Pricing for two-bedroom apartments start at $1.28 million and three-bedroom apartments start at $2 million.

Residents will have access to a private pool and other resident-only amenities including a large lagoon pool, social clubhouse, tennis court, gym, yoga and sauna facilities. The Waterline precinct will also include a 70-berth marina with direct access to the Broadwater.

Boasting a 6 Star Green Star Communities V1.1 rating – the highest level of sustainability of any project on the Gold Coast.
