Construction on track for highly anticipated Harbour Shores community

The excitement is building as construction progresses at full steam on Stage 1 of Harbour Shores, which includes the first 131 luxury apartments and 18 waterfront villas of the 16-hectare masterplanned community.

Construction commenced in June earlier this year and our civil contractor, Goldings, are well ahead of schedule. They have made fantastic progress on the in-ground services and roadworks, with road pavement booked for early next year.

The team at Greyburn Building Contractors are also making excellent headway on the first building, The Waterline, having finished the sheet piling and basement excavation. The first of three basement slabs have already been poured and pour two is underway.

Positioned directly on the Boardwalk and our one-hectare feature park, The Green, The Waterline is comprised of 2 & 3 bedroom apartments spread across six levels, plus three exclusive two-storey Sky Homes. The building will be defined by soft, curvilinear architecture emulating the flowing lines of the water’s edge.

Look out for more changes on site as the end of the year draws near.

“Between now and the end of the year, we’ll start to see some big changes on site with the final basement pour and commencement of the waterfront boardwalk, as well as the exciting arrival of the first tower crane,” Matt Hills, Senior Development Manager, Lewis Land says.

The 1.2km boardwalk will be one of the standout features of the walkable waterfront community, connecting the one-hectare feature park to The Waterline and The Residences. More than 54% of Harbour Shores has been dedicated to open green spaces, playgrounds and lush greenery, with the boardwalk forming part of the more than 2.5km in pedestrian networks.
